Ensure the furniture or accessory is in its original, unassembled condition and securely repacked in the initial packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large patio sets, our team will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
